Great vegetarian options! My Jamaican (not vegetarian) friend loved it! I highly recommend!

One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. The food is amazing, we had the beef curry, aloo pies, macaroni pie, and coconut bake. The coconut bake is PHENOMENAL (but so was everything else)!

Pam's Kitchen is a Seattle treasure that my family and I have to visit whenever we are in town. Amazing food with authentic Trinidadian flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant. Perfect place to take family and friends to share in delicious Trinidadian food!

I wanted to update my rating on Pam's Kitchen from 6/21/2024. Especially, since I was frustrated from my son placing an order via DoorDash on 6/20 and they deducted the funds from his account and we arrive at the restaurant they were closed. My son called directly to Pam's on 6/21 to place the order. So, below is the updated review. We both got the lamb curry and I also got the paratha roti. The lamb was very tender and everything was spiced just right and was very delicious. The paratha roti just melt in your mouth. We both agreed the portion ratio to cost was even proportioned. However other than that all was well. I'm glad that we gave them a second opportunity and I would recommend travels to try them.

We've been coming here for years. This time the in-laws (originally from Trinidad and Tobago) were in town; so we decided to see what they thought of the food. It was a hit. Everything was "authentic and good". They were very happy and now want to come eat here whenever they are in town. The service was laid back and friendly. This is restaurant is not fast food so be patient, and you will be rewarded with the flavors and a full belly. This restaurant is casual and has tunes setting a fun atmosphere. I look forward to coming back whenever I can. Best Caribbean restaurant in Seattle!

This place is amazing. I love Caribbean cuisine and this is the best place in Seattle for it! I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything I've tried was great

Pam's deserves so much more business than they receive!! They are an incredible business offering insanely tasty food. I see why people drive an hour out of their way to come to Pam's- their flavor compositions are unlike anything I've ever tasted before. I love that they include gratuity in their prices as well- it shows that they respect their staff which explains why they are so kind and friendly. The love is in the food. Pam herself even came to our table to check how our meal was and gave us free bread. In all, you will not be disappointed here. Please please please support them so they stay in business.

The ambience of this place is lovely!! We went on a Saturday night and there was live music and the place was bustling! Pam was the absolute cutest:)) Lemon colada: this rum based drink was sooo freaking good (and strong). It was very refreshing and coconutty. I would get this drink everywhere if I could!! Jerk chicken sandwich: the chicken was so tender and almost melted in your mouth. Didn't think the flavors were anything crazy but the coconut bun was awesome. Was a bit dense since it was fried but had a great taste Chicken curry: this one was okay. Thought it could use some more flavor and spice. Heard the beef curry is a lot better so if you eat red meat, maybe try that one

Absolutely delicious food, though a little pricey, and they don't have Touch To Pay, so make sure you have an actual card on you! The vibes on a Saturday night were fun but VERY loud with their live music. Our take-out order included their goat curry, coconut fry bread, paratha, and callaloo. I would order it all again in a heartbeat, although the paratha wasn't anything to write home about. The goat curry was perfect spicy and tender, with a solid portion of meat for the "side" order, though it was smaller than I expected for $18. The coconut fry bread was light and tasty, though didn't taste strongly of coconut. The callaloo was a discovery of coconut, okra, and green cooked together in a delicious and thick mixture that I would eat again and again. The paratha was flaky and large, but no different from other versions I've had. I'd be happy to come again!

We got food to go from here on the Xmas Eve, while the other Caribbean place we wanted to go closed due to holidays. We called over the phone and the owner was very friendly and double checked to make sure we wanted to order everything spicy. We ordered jerk chicken wings, jerk pork rib dinner and jerk chicken dinner. She recommended us order a curry dish so it wasn't going to be all spicy. We ended up sticking to our choices and the food was delicious, spicy for sure, but delicious. When we got there, the place was pretty empty and quiet, considering it was the Xmas Eve. The owner greeted us and joked about the level of spiciness. We really enjoyed the conversation with her and she made the order to go quite a pleasant experience. The price was reasonable for the amount of food you get. We will probably come here again after January, since the owner shared that they would close the place in January due to vacation.
